Dieses Terroir ist besonders geeignet f\u00fcr die Rebsorten Riesling und Gew\u00fcrztraminer. Dieser Grand Cru verleiht den Weinen eine gro\u00dfe Typizit\u00e4t, die von sehr blumigen Aromen gepr\u00e4gt ist. Er produziert Weine mit gro\u00dfem Alterungspotential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Der Grand Cru Spiegel befindet sich zwischen Guebwiller und Bergholtz und ist nach Osten ausgerichtet. Er liegt auf oligoz\u00e4nen Substraten aus Konglomeraten (meist Sandsteinkies) und Mergel. Der Boden besteht aus einer Lehm- und Sandtextur, die f\u00fcr die Entwicklung des Rieslings g\u00fcnstig ist. Unser Gewurztraminer und Riesling wachsen hier sehr gut. Auf diesem Terroir entstehen Gew\u00fcrztraminer-Weine mit einem reichen, w\u00fcrzigen und vollmundigen Bouquet und Riesling-Weine mit Finesse und Harmonie.
